Overview of Balance 101 and Balance Test Exercises

I am excited to introduce our new series on Balance!  Balance is such an important topic, one that is, unfortunately, usually focused on only when something goes wrong, i.e., we develop inner ear issues, or when we experience balance degradation due to age, injury, etc.  Instead of waiting until then, we’re going to dive deep into this topic and discuss the what and how of balance, and explore simple and advanced methods for improving balance.

Now you’ll really begin to see how all the pieces / principles of Restorative Energetic Movement fit together.  I will show you how to integrate these principles for better balance and improved overall movement.
