Defining stress may be easy for you, and doing something about it can be easy too. Watch the video below to learn more.

Signs of Excessive Stress

When stress transforms to strain, it will affect our physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional health and wellness, relationships, job performance, etc. The following are a few of the common signs and symptoms* of stress transitioning to strain. Any of these look familiar?

  • Constant fatigue / exhaustion (mental and physical)
