Whether we like it or not, stress is an inescapable part of life. Stress touches our health, our relationships, careers, and pretty much every other facet of our lives. While we can’t (and probably shouldn’t) completely avoid or eliminate it, there are effective ways to manage stress. Without proper stress-management skills, stress often transforms into something worse, and everything it touches, health, relationships, etc, will degrade. Students taking this course will explore enhanced stress-management methods, as well as ways to use stress to their advantage.
