In this second course on Breath Energy, we will take a deeper look at the basic principles and exercises introduced in the previous course. A strong grip on, and a deep working-knowledge of the basics is the path to mastery in any subject or area of life. Everything substantial is built on a sturdy foundation of basics (principles, practices, etc); the advanced is rooted in and springs from the fundamental. Building on foundational energetics principles, Introduction to Breath Energy II prepares you for more advanced movement training and functional application.
