Having “Bad Knees” or a “Bad Back” is not inevitable…
In this second of two courses on Joint Alignment, we will explore more ways to align primary joints. As mentioned in the first course on alignment, proper joint alignment allows for stronger, more efficient movement, and it can minimize the chances of repetitive injury* due to misalignment. Whether you currently experience joint issues, or simply want to learn ways to align for better movement, this course will be beneficial for you now, and in the years ahead.
