So, how’s your balance?
Even before we begin to walk, and all the way throughout adulthood, balance is a vital part of our lives. Unfortunately, sometimes for reasons outside of our control, balance tends to degrade starting somewhere in the early to late 40s, and onward. But much like the ubiquitous bad backs or bad knees, bad balance does not have to be “inevitable”. In this first of two courses on Balance, we will explore key principles and incorporate REM principles as a means to further enhance, or perhaps even rebuild balance that may be on the decline.
