Collaboration Requirements

Thank you for your interest in contributing a high-quality course or a guest post to Martial – Fitness – Movement Online Academy! Below you will find all of the requirements for a mutually beneficial collaboration. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.


Guest Post Requirements

Post Content

Guest posts must meet the following minimum requirements.

  1. Content must be original, educational, and practical in nature.
  2. Content must be related to any of the following: martial arts, fitness, movement, movement arts, health & well-being, mindset, goal setting / achieving, etc.
  3. Content may not include explicit language, explicit sexual imagery or discussion, or illicit drug use.
  4. Content must be age-appropriate, challenging and yet comprehensible.
  5. Provide any disclaimers as needed.
  6. Post may be edited by site administrator for grammar, spelling, and punctuation, and general layout only.

Writer Profile

Your profile will be featured at the beginning of the post. Please include the following.

  1. Your name (first and last)
  2. Brief bio including your area of specialty and how long you have been studying and / or working in that area
  3. Photograph of you (optional).
  4. Website(s), social media contact information, and other contact information (if desired)
  5. Other relevant information that you would like to share

Blog Post Submission

  1. Please send completed post via email titled “MFM Blog Post Submission from (your name)” to skcskcjka@att.net.
  2. Accepted file formats include Microsoft Word, WordPad, or PDF.
  3. Include photos, links, and references as needed.

After the file has been received, you will be given an estimated posting date. Then, once the post has gone live, a direct link will be provided to you via email.


Guest Course Requirements

Course Content

Guest instructor courses must meet the following minimum content requirements.

  1. Content must be original, educational, and practical in nature.
  2. Content must be related to any of the following: martial arts, fitness, movement, movement arts, health & well-being, mindset, goal setting / achieving, etc.
  3. Content may not include explicit language, explicit sexual imagery or discussion, or illicit drug use.
  4. Content must be age-appropriate, challenging and yet comprehensible.
  5. Written content may be edited by site administrator for grammar, spelling, and punctuation, and general layout only.
  6. A full course shall consist of a minimum of two up to four, approx. 6 to 25 minutes each video lessons.
  7. A “Quick Course” shall consist of one 5 to 15 minute video lesson.
  8. Quiz and assignment materials (and answers) may be included.
  9. Provide content disclaimers as needed.

Guest Instructor Profile

Your profile will be featured in the course introduction. Please include the following.

  1. Your name (first and last)
  2. Brief bio including your area of specialty and how long you have been studying and / or working in that area
  3. Photograph of you (optional).
  4. Website(s), social media contact information, and other contact information (if desired)
  5. Other relevant information that you would like to share

Course Content Submission

  1. Please send completed course material (written content, quiz and assignment materials and answers, photos, links, and references, etc) via email titled “MFM Guest Course Submission from (your name)” to skcskcjka@att.net.
  2. Accepted file formats include Microsoft Word, WordPad, or PDF.

Video Lessons Submission

  1. Ready-to-use video lessons in the form of YouTube or Vimeo links shall be submitted as mentioned in previous section.
  2. While videos will be protected from unregistered use within the course, it is strongly recommended that links be protected (i.e. set to “hidden”) within the YouTube or Vimeo platform.

After all course content and materials have been received, you will be given an estimated posting date. Then, once the course has gone live, a link will be provided to you via email.

Guest Instructor Remuneration

  1. Guest instructors will be paid a one-time amount commensurate with their course content unless the course is set as free to the public. Guest shall choose one of the following options:
    • Financial compensation shall be in the range of $20 to $100
    • Non-financial compensation includes
      • Personal and / or business exposure on Martial – Fitness – Movement Online Academy and related social media via course(s), blog posts, and guest-provided links, OR
      • One full page on hosted on Martial – Fitness – Movement Online Academy including information submitted by guest instructor
  2. All transactions are final.
  3. To receive a check please provide personal name or company name, and mailing address.
  4. To receive payment via PayPal transfer, please provide personal or company PayPal account email address.
  5. Payment will be sent once the Collaboration Agreement has been signed, electronically or otherwise, and the course has been posted.
