The Bully Code course was designed and created to help kids and youth (and adults) grow in confidence as they learn a non-violent, martial art-based method for dealing with a bully.
Why
While we all wish it were not the case, most kids (and adults) have or will experience bullying at some point in their lives. More than ever before, it is vitally important that we equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary for properly handling bullying.
Who
Kids and youth ages 6 or 7 through 17, as well as adults of all ages, may find this course beneficial. Because some of the concepts may be challenging for kids under about 8 years of age, parents or other adults should take the course alongside them.
